What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from managing new inbound leads until deal closure, Identifying expansion opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating and contracting.
- Generate and manage leads, handle sales processes, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and insights to optimize client experiences and meet client requirements.
- Work tirelessly to build and optimize internal procedures, monitor KPIs, and constantly seek new ways to enhance efficiency in global account management.
Who You Are
- A get-things-done individual with a goal-oriented work ethic.
- Possesses an autonomous spirit with a mindset for building and optimizing processes in global account management.
- 3+ years of experience in global account management, preferably in an international context, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with the Electronic components industry- advantage.
- Excellent proficiency in using tools for account management, including CRM software. Willingness to adapt to and leverage technological advancements in account management.
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly across different departments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
